More about Chris
Chris Peabody is originally from Wyoming, where he first connected with Child Evangelism Fellowship® (CEF). Chris came to know Christ as Savior at the age of 16 during a teen event known as Acquire the Fire. Chris’s salvation led him to get involved in ministry at his home church, in Riverton, WY.
During his junior year of high school, Chris became involved in CEF of Wyoming where he served as a camp counselor. After graduating high school, Chris participated in CEF of Wyoming’s Christian Youth in Action® (CYIA™) program, where he traveled around the state and taught at 5-Day Clubs®. While Chris pursued his Associate’s Degree in Outdoor Education, he interned with CEF of Wyoming for three years. As an intern, Chris led teams of teens to various states where they assisted in doing summer ministry to children.
In 2007, Chris attended Montana Bible College and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. During this time, Chris served in many ministries throughout Montana including several bible camps and as a volleyball coach at Heritage Christian School in Bozeman, MT. Many years later, God laid it on his heart to contact Montana Bible College and explore other ministry opportunities in Montana. This led to him reconnecting with a friend, who was the State Director of CEF of Montana, and in 2017 Chris joined the staff as a Ministry Coordinator. In 2022, Chris became the State Coordinator for CEF of Montana.
Throughout Chris’s various roles with CEF of Montana, he has remained passionate about training and equipping people to reach the children of Montana with the Good News of Jesus. He is a firm believer that God has called each person, who has trusted Him as Savior, to share the Gospel and that biblical training produces passion and opportunities to share Jesus with a lost world. In his free time, Chris loves spending time outdoors (hunting, camping, rock climbing, you name it) with his wife and son.

More about Megan
Megan’s journey with Child Evangelism Fellowship® (CEF®) of Montana began at the young age of 5 when a group of teens taught a 5-Day Club® at her home. It was at that 5-Day Club® that Megan understood the Good News of the Gospel for the first time and trusted in Jesus as her Savior.
Many years later, Megan participated in Christian Youth in Action® and developed a deep love for the ministry of CEF of Montana. In 2021, after attending Montana Bible College, Megan joined the state staff of CEF of Montana. She is passionate about seeing the children of Montana reached with the gospel and encouraging teens to make faith in Jesus their own. Megan enjoys reading, quilting, a good cup of tea, and most of all, being a wife and mother.

More About Josiah
Josiah Orluck grew up in Beach, North Dakota. His educational background includes a one-year Bible Certificate from Arrowhead Bible College, a Bachelor of Science degree in History Education from Valley City State University, and completion of courses at Children’s Ministry Institute®. He enjoys sports and other activities like hiking, cross country skiing, and board games.
Child Evangelism Fellowship® (CEF®) has played a big part in Josiah’s life. His first interaction with CEF training came as a thirteen-year-old attending Christian Youth in Action® in North Dakota. At the age of 14, God put CEF on his heart as something he knew he would want to invest in in the future, however that looked.
After high school, Josiah went to Arrowhead Bible College and met Chris and Dave (CEF directors of Montana at the time). After that meeting, Josiah felt God leading him to serve with CEF of Montana. That following summer, Josiah volunteered as an intern with CEF of Montana. Josiah interned with CEF of Montana during the summers of 2019-2021 and joined on staff as a ministry coordinator in June of 2023.
Some of his roles include promoting CEF ministries in MT, teaching at trainings, and coordinating ministry partnerships with churches. Josiah is excited about his roles in performing the planning, execution and supervision of direct ministry to children. He loves the opportunity to reach children with the gospel (just as he was reached with the gospel as a child) and training others to do children’s ministry (especially at Christian Youth in Action® training).
